Step #1: Connect with David
Connect with David via email (cultureshiftcoach@gmail.com) or phone (317 652-3077) to set up your initial (and free) consultation.
Step #2: Initial Consultation
The 90 minute initial consultation is designed to allow the leader and David to connect on a personal level, and for the leader to educate David on what specific cultural frustrations the leader is experiencing in the organization. This initial consultation will allow David to create the most individualized and effective plan of action for the leader and the organization.
Step #3: Create a Plan of Action
After the initial consultation, David will create an action plan including a timeline of meetings and onsite trainings with the leader and the organization as a whole. That action plan will take no longer than 72 hours to develop from the initial consultation.
This will be the step where David will provide information regarding the financial commitment for the Plan of Action
Step #4: Activate the Plan of Action
Depending on the needs expressed in the initial consultation, the Plan of Action will be anywhere from a 6 month to a 2 year process. That process will involve 1 on 1 meetings with David and the leader, onsite visits and trainings with David and the organization, as well as equipping and empowering the leader to utilize tools and methods to address the culture issues that are causing the organization to not meet its goals.
Step #5: Ongoing Evaluation of the Plan of Action
Throughout the process of the Plan of Action, the leader and the organization will be asked to provide ongoing feedback and evaluation of the effectiveness of the Plan of Action.
Step #6: Re-Evaluation Consultation
At the conclusion of the agreed upon Plan of Action, David will meet with the leader to debrief the process, evaluate the successes and failures of the process, and make an informed and educated decision on whether or not another Plan of Action is desired or needed.
